2 What are you returning?

Returns are accepted within 7 working days of delivery, as long as items are unused and in original packaging. Items decorated with your own branding or logo — whether done by us or elsewhere — can't be returned. Faulty items are covered under the Australian Consumer Law.

Add a couple of photos if any item is faulty or damaged — helps us sort this faster
