Terms of service

Galaxy Apparel wishes to enter into a fair and equitable relationship with all customers. Please read the terms below, which are designed for the benefit of both parties.

Pricing & payment

Prices are in Australian Dollars. Delivery charges are separate from the purchase price and are added once you've chosen your products. Payment is required before your order is dispatched, unless other arrangements have been agreed with us directly.

Product quality & liability

We warrant that all products we sell are of merchantable quality, with all other warranties and guarantees applying to the extent required by law. Our liability for goods supplied is limited to replacement of the goods or refund of the amount paid — we are not liable for loss of profits, consequential loss, or any other indirect loss.

Orders

Once an order is placed, it's processed straight away and can't be cancelled. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel all or part of any order, for any reason, whether placed through the website or by email.

We currently sell to customers within Australia only.
