We're an online-only business. We deliver blank apparel and branded uniforms to anywhere in Australia.
We hold stock on hand and draw on direct relationships with supplier warehouses across Australia.

When will my order be dispatched?
Unbranded orders will be dispatched in 1-2 working days and delivered in 2-4 working days depending on your location.
Note: Items from JB's, Colours of Cotton, Podium brands will be dispatched in 3-4 working days and delivered in 2-4 working days.

Once you place your order, we'll send you an artwork proof within 2-3 days. After you approve it, we'll start production. Please allow 8-10 working days from artwork approval for your order to be dispatched.
How to order a sample?
There's no separate sample order process — just place a normal order for the single items you'd like to try.
Once you've received them and checked the quality and fit, you can return them if you wish, within 7 working days of delivery, as long as they're unused and in original packaging. All returns go through our Start a Return form, which will give you a Return Authorisation (RA) number and the correct return address.

What is the best format to supply my logo or design?
Any vector formats like AI, CDR, EPS and PDF with fonts converted to curves are preferred.
