Shipping charges

Shipping is a flat rate of $14.95 Australia-wide.

Dispatch & delivery times

Unbranded, in-stock items are dispatched in 1-2 working days and delivered in 2-4 working days depending on your location.

Items from JB's, Colours of Cotton and Podium are dispatched in 3-4 working days and delivered in 2-4 working days.

We hold stock on hand and draw on direct relationships with supplier warehouses across Australia — so most orders dispatch quickly, wherever you are in Australia.

Embroidery & print orders

Once you place your order, we'll send you an artwork proof within 2-3 days. After you approve it, we'll start production. Please allow 8-10 working days from artwork approval for your order to be dispatched.
