Returns & refunds

Always get a Return Authorisation (RA) number first

All returns are requested through our Start a Return form — return addresses vary by item, so this is how we confirm your RA number and the correct address to send it to. If you email us about a return, we’ll point you here rather than process it by email. We’re not responsible for items returned without an RA number or sent to the wrong address.

  • Returns accepted within 7 working days of delivery, as long as items are unused, in original packaging, with tags attached
  • Items decorated with your own branding or logo — whether done by us or elsewhere — can't be returned
  • Faulty items are covered under the Australian Consumer Law
  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility; original shipping is non-refundable. If we send a replacement, we cover the shipping to get it back to you
  • Refunds processed within 2 working days of the item reaching us, back to your original payment method

All of the above is subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
