We hold stock on hand for our fastest-moving items and draw on direct relationships with Australia's leading workwear brands for everything else.
Embroidery & Print Orders :
Once you place your order, we'll send you an artwork proof within 2-3 days. After you approve it, we'll start production. Please allow 8-10 working days from artwork approval for your order to be dispatched.
We use the latest DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfer technology to deliver vibrant, durable, and high-quality prints for your uniforms and teamwear. This cutting-edge method allows for unlimited colours in your designs, ensuring your logo or artwork looks like you envision it.
Note: T-Shirt photos shown are only for reference. Printing can be done on any items we supply like polos, jackets, shirts, and caps. If you're unsure about a particular item, feel free to reach out for advice. Please sure to select the correct print quantity based on the items in your order.
Minimum Order Quantity
We require a minimum order of 10 items for printing. You can mix different items and colours as long as they all have the same logo, size, and colours.
Setup Fee for Printing
There's a setup fee of $69 for new print orders. Repeat orders have a setup fee of $35

Our pricing is simple: a flat rate per size of logo/design that decreases with larger quantities. Here’s the breakdown.

Artwork Proof Process
Once you place your order, we'll send you an artwork proof within 3-5 days. After you approve it, we'll start production. Please allow 8-10 working days from artwork approval for your order to be dispatched.
Sizes are stated in centimetres as half chest measurements — the width of the garment, not the body.
To measure: lay the garment flat, then measure straight across the front, side-seam to side-seam, starting a few centimetres below where the sleeve joins the body.
Because it's a flat measurement, double it to compare against an actual chest size. For example, a 50cm half chest measurement doubles to 100cm — a fit that would sit skin-tight on someone with a 100cm chest. For a looser fit, look for a half chest measurement a few centimetres larger than half your actual chest size.

Shipping: Flat rate $14.95 Australia-wide. Unbranded items dispatch in 1–2 working days; JB's, Colours of Cotton and Podium in 3–4 working days; embroidery & print orders in 8–10 working days after artwork approval.
Returns: Change-of-mind returns are limited to one item per colour and size — larger quantities are treated as a bulk order. Faulty or incorrect items are always covered, regardless of order size. All returns need a Return Authorisation (RA) number first.
