We hold stock on hand and draw on direct relationships with supplier warehouses across Australia.
Embroidery & Print Orders :
Once you place your order, we'll send you an artwork proof within 2-3 days. After you approve it, we'll start production. Please allow 8-10 working days from artwork approval for your order to be dispatched.
Note: Polo photos shown are only for reference. Embroidery can be done on any items we supply like polos, jackets, shirts, and caps. If you're unsure about a particular item, feel free to reach out for advice. Please sure to select the correct embroidery quantity based on the items in your order.
Minimum Order Quantity
We require a minimum order of 5 items for logo embroidery. You can mix different items and colours as long as they all have the same logo, size, and colours.
Setup Fee for Embroidery
There's a one-time setup fee of $49 for new embroidery orders to digitize your logo. However, repeat orders don't have this fee since we keep your logo on file.
Pricing for Logo Embroidery
Our pricing is simple: a flat rate per logo that decreases with larger quantities. Here’s the breakdown:
$13.75 each for Qty 5-20
$12.93 each for Qty 20-50
$12.05 each for Qty 50-100
For orders over Qty 100, contact us for a custom quote.
These prices apply to logos up to 10,000 stitches only and this covers most logos. If your logo is larger or more complex, we’ll provide a custom quote and will only proceed with your approval.
Embroidery Positions
Choose from the following positions, with maximum embroidery sizes indicated:
Left Chest: 100mm wide x 100mm high
Right Chest: 100mm wide x 100mm high
Left Sleeve: 100mm wide x 100mm high
Right Sleeve: 100mm wide x 100mm high
Back Neck: 100mm wide x 100mm high
Artwork Proof Process
Once you place your order, we'll send you an artwork proof within 3-5 days. After you approve it, we'll start production. Please allow 8-10 working days from artwork approval for your order to be dispatched.
Sizes are stated in centimetres as half chest measurements — the width of the garment, not the body.
To measure: lay the garment flat, then measure straight across the front, side-seam to side-seam, starting a few centimetres below where the sleeve joins the body.
Because it's a flat measurement, double it to compare against an actual chest size. For example, a 50cm half chest measurement doubles to 100cm — a fit that would sit skin-tight on someone with a 100cm chest. For a looser fit, look for a half chest measurement a few centimetres larger than half your actual chest size.

Shipping: Flat rate $14.95 Australia-wide. Unbranded items dispatch in 1–2 working days; JB's, Colours of Cotton and Podium in 3–4 working days; embroidery & print orders in 8–10 working days after artwork approval.
Returns: Accepted within 7 working days of delivery, as long as items are unused, in original packaging, with tags attached. Items decorated with your own branding or logo — whether done by us or elsewhere — can't be returned. Faulty items are covered under the Australian Consumer Law. All returns need a Return Authorisation (RA) number first.
