Returns & refunds

Always get a Return Authorisation (RA) number first

All returns are requested through our Start a Return form — return addresses vary by item, so this is how we confirm your RA number and the correct address to send it to. If you email us about a return, we’ll point you here rather than process it by email. We’re not responsible for items returned without an RA number or sent to the wrong address.

Bulk orders aren’t eligible for change-of-mind returns

You’re welcome to return one item per colour and size — e.g. one Medium and one Large in Navy — to check fit and quality first. Anything beyond that is treated as a bulk order.

  • Samples: unused, tags attached, returned within 7 working days of delivery
  • Decorated or branded samples (printed or embroidered) aren’t eligible for change-of-mind returns — once it’s customised, it’s yours
  • Footwear can’t be returned for change of mind, regardless of order size — faulty footwear is handled the same as any other faulty item
  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility; original shipping is non-refundable
  • Refunds processed within 2 working days of the item reaching us, back to your original payment method

All of the above is subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law — faulty products are always covered, regardless of order size.
